I might be pulling the trigger on this before the GB is done. I've always wanted to do this and it just so happens my stock headlights are already pulled apart.

I got a couple of questions before I order, I dont know much about projecters and HID's so bare with me.

What temp should I get? Because I want it to be pure white..NO hint of blue AT ALL.
For that should I go with a slim ballast or doesnt really matter?
Whats best 35w or 55w.
Since they are bolt on, will they be adjustable?
Ill go through this thread again to find any more good info.
Thanks

there is a huge difference between hid's in a stock housing vs retrofits, just depends on what you want.

What would a total be if i send you my headlights to get painted and retrofitted? would it be the price that the site says or would it be cheaper price if i join the GB.

maybe 3 out 5, alot of time to figure out how u want them. if u want them painted.
steps are
1. remove headlight
2. bake headlights
3. remove lens
4. = optional, if you going to paint the chrome. nows the time to do it
5. place projecter in reflector bowl, snug the wing nut on the back side of the projecter
5.1. connect wiring harness
6. place headlight with projecter back in the car, WITH OUT LENS
7. angle the projecter by twisting clock or counter clock wise. to get cut off correct
8. angle them up or down
9. tighten the wing nut all the way down
10. check the cutoff again, adjust them by twisting them again.....its going to be a little stiffer
11. seal headlight

Well, I've taken headlights apart and painted them before.
I just meant how hard is the actual bolting in the projector process?

Do I need to drill holes at all or anything?
Or does it just sit in and then fasten on the back?

ya man, no drilling at all. just take that light bulb reflecter deal. then place the projecter threw the hole, and basicly its threaded so all u need to do is put in the washer and lock washer it comes with, then tighten the wing nut.

It actually sounds really easy, but I feel like its got to be more complicated lol.

You do not work with me..agian you have been reported. stop trying to steal business..its not working

For anyone else, WantedSS/TC does not work for us..he is not connected to us in anyway.

For a pure white look, you will want to go to 6000k. 4300 is OEM White. 55w kits are not available for these projector kits.

There is no drilling. THey bolt into your reflector. Detailed instructions are included. If you want in this group buy, www.Buyhids.com/Retrofit_Groupbuy.html is where you can order.

No, 6000k is pure white. 8000k is when blue is starting to be seen.

As mentioned Wanted has nothing to do with BuyHIDs.com. Any questions can be directed towards me or kidcrash
