Paid as well. I'm okay with waiting a week if you need to send a few out for test fitment. Beats botching 60 orders.

Are we going to receive some sort of notification when we hit the 80% mark and our items are shipped out?

Of course! Right now 39 people have paid, so we're ALMOST good to go. I'm just waiting for LSJ_PUP because he (the guy we originally developed these with) suggested some modifications to the ebrake boot so that it's easier to install - I'm just waiting to hear from him because I asked for clarification of something he mentioned.

I'm also working with copson20 (also asked a question in this thread, 3 posts up) about the different shift boot versions for different cars.

I want to make sure you guys are getting the best products I can make!

Now, I think the differentiator that would be very easy to follow for us would be whether or not your STOCK BOOT HAS AN ELASTICATED COLLAR.

The puffy boot has elastic in the collar, so does ours.

But all the pics of the non-puffy boot I've seen suggest that there is no elastic in the collar.

Thoughts, anyone?
The boot on the SS's w/5sp use a zip tie to cinch the top of the boot around the rev lock out ring. I believe the pic in post #290 shows that. The zip tie runs around the boot through a little tunnel. The ends of that tunnel are shown to the left in that photo. I wish I had a sample to send you.

How much will it cost for the carbon handle since the group buy is over?

Yeah I went ebay route (since no adapter was needed). But hopefully we dont get screwed by ebay.

and ps I found mine for 76 w/ free shipping on ebay if your looking at the carbon one!!!

EDIT: Hey REDLINE,
Whats it looking like, got an update for us impatient buyers lol! I've seen a lot of people post, we almost to 50%, past that?! Close to 80%?

Not close to 80%, slightly above 50%.

Also I'm unimpressed by talks about ebay vendors in my advertising thread, please take that discussion elsewhere.

All you're helping are eBay vendors who don't even respect MOMO's pricing policies. FYI MOMO sets a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) and nobody's supposed to sell items at below MAP. Ebay vendors can because they have no cost of running a company at all. In fact they have no brand name and if they get caught (most of them are small fry and never get caught anyway) they just start again with a different eBay username).

On top of that, if your handle arrives damaged and needs replacing, don't hope MOMO will replace it if you bought it at dumping prices.

Also, eBay vendors are not PAID SUPPORTERS of this here your favorite car forum, like both RedlineGoods and NGA are.

Yeah, what's another 10-15 dollars? If we help the vendors out, they'll help us out.

funny how I asked about the adapter because I was not sure on how it was or how it looked like. and showed them a link of one that i randomly found here at work and asked about it. I didnt even pay attention to see where it was from and it ended up being from ebay and they already assume im buying from ebay and tell me to go ask them in a lil unhappy manner. Next time dont assume anything and ask instead.

Just do me a Favor and take me off the list

Sorry bro, I didn't realize where your link was from, you were on the GB from the get go so I assumed you would have known no adapter's needed since I posted that info at least 5 times in response to various questions.

I think the ebay talk was referring to the guy talking bout prices from ebay for the momo handles. Not you. Either way, can't wait to get these boots shipped out to us Redline!
