Shift and brake boots group buy
#527
I think ill pick up a shift boot eventually from you. I had gotten a shift + ebrake for my se-r spec v few years ago.
Problem is I recently had to super glue the top shift pattern back on after it fell off in my hand. I dread having to try to pry that off.

so uh, when following the directions to pry off the shift knob thinking cracking noises were an alright sound to here, i cracked off 2 huge pieces of the plastic underneath the knob.
how did anyone get it off like this?
now i have to replace the plastic piece and i still don't have the knob off

i must be missing something this, why can this knob just screw off, this is just dumb

lol i think my shifter had an error at the factory. when i was installing my b&m shifter, there was a ton of glue holding on my shift knob. i just beat the whole assembly with a hammer until it came off. haha i have never seen another cobalt have glue like mine did and i have installed like 4 sts's

did i mention it was a 5lb lump hammer..... yea you gotta hit it hard as **** i was scared shitless. Did you take off the shift pattern cover and remove the bolt holding it on as well??
