Finally got it all installed. And even though I had not ordered it with the 1 inch shorter or whatever it was for anyone with a STS...it looks fine...I don't even know why they made that an option to pay extra for but...meh...I wasn't expecting to break my stock shifter so I was forced to either buy a whole other stock assembly or just get the STS I always wanted. Here we go...

Nope...they were kinda pricey I must admit...but they look damn good so it was worth the extra dough IMO. There are a ton of options out there that will fit the exact same as the MOMO one...but youll be very hard pressed to find on of equal quality.

For the MOMO handle, do we need an adapter for it? I remember in another thread you said we needed one. But im looking at the NGA site and it doesnt say anything about an adapter.

No adaptor needed but you DO have to cut the stock plastic ebrake handle cover. No big deal. Redline site has the instructions.

Black08SSTC is the arm rest cover suede? It looks, at least in the pictures, like a match to your boots. I like it.

its actually black faux-alcantara exactly like the seats in the 08-09 SS. It is sooo close its rediculous but for some reason the pics make it look purpleish. I think i know why though, The backing to the material is white so it lightens up the color a bit when its in bright light like a camera flash

So that's the stock interior? I wish I had your black/black interior. So that's alcantara in my 09? I was just calling it fake suede. Faux-alcantara makes it look even better. I've said it a million times. I learn something new every day. I can definitely see that arm rest cover in my near future.

There is no 3rd option, either the inner plastic ebrake is visible, or the MOMO.

Just need to know...is the e-brake leather the same for both or are they different? In otherwords, can I get the Momo ebrake handle later or do I have to decide now?

And what's the difference again between "puffy" and "slim"? Which one am I looking at here?

Hi,

the ebrake boot is NOT INTERCHANGEABLE. You need to order it for the MOMO right away if you ever plan on buying one. The collar size on both is very different.

The boot in the pictures is the puffy one.

Hi,

all MOMOs are the same internally. The slim one is for the 2.2/2.4 cars. Please take a look at our site to see it.
