I keep reading how this will work on any forced induction car so Im asking to be beaten for this..... Will this work on a SS/SC Cobalt? if so, where do you pull a vacuum line from to hook up to it?

According to the thread it does work on the ss/sc. Not sure on the vacuum line you would have to read and see if he mentioned it

didnt someone test a CIA downpipe with an open cutout and found out that it made less power than a normal 3" downpipe with a stock exhaust due to turbulence?

depends on application shouldnt cause turbulence if mounted correctly with a Y pipe. I want it but think the MPX i will get cuz of the BIG price diff plus he not even monitoring this thread for potential buyers.
