You should stop trying to mod if you can't drill a hole for a bolt to fit through.

haha agreed and nope no holes are predrilled you need to drill out the reverse light holes the trunk latch holes and dremel out the trunk lock hole

these trunk wont come with trunk key holes, so you only have to worry about the latches on both sides. both reverse lights and your 3rd brake light, your latch for the trunk. and maybe/prolly the bump stops. .

If i got a carbon creations hood from ED, would i need to drill holes for the hood latches as well? just wondering for future purchases

you sure about that?

and on the hood there are no holes that u have to drill the holes in the hood are threaded and u have to use the bolts that come with it stock hood bolts wont fit

100% positive they wont come with key trunk holes. look at the pics of duraflex on page 29.

when you take off your stock trunk just make a template of where the holes are on a sheet of paper then use that to mark them on the new trunk and drill the holes, shouldn't be too difficult

There isn't a keyhole. So theres that. The drilling is quite easy, you drill only in the spots that are going to be covered up eventually, ie tail lights. Once the light is in, it won't be visible.

me! this is my first carbon fiber prodct never even worked with the stuff dont even own a drill that can drill holes through this stuff so it would be AMAZING if this could happen
