Okay so I wanted to give everyone an additional discount on these trunks, but it looks like it may not happen. We spend so much money on fixing the problem and any additional discount will cause us to almost break even. I'm not exactly sure what I should do here.. =/

mine would be the first one to be cut.. even though i didn't cause the mishap.. accidents happen but i can understand the company's point of view too. Well if you guys want I can send out the care package instead, but I need to order some lanyards.
