I would be really pissed if I received a trunk with damage that I paid this much for and waited this long for. Not saying that extreme dimensions wont make it right but it would still suck. If it was only one or two that had that damage I would blame UPS or the shipper but at this point with the people that have showed damage I am going to have to blame the packer. I havent seen one in the packing or actually at all in person but there should be styrofoam pieces on each end to prevent this and they should make changes to all the ones they are currently shipping out to insure this does not happen again.

well being that I see all the people that have problems it clearly wasn't enough. Now i know why ED is having a tough time with the packing. I mean I wouldn't be able to move around to much with you hangin on my nuts either.

haha that kids funny!
we all worried about getting the trunks ad were excited to open them.
first thing on our minds wasnt to take 20 pics of the packaging.
all i was worried bout is cracked legit seperated pieces.
i saw the small mark. i said whatever and left
than saw the hairline crack
again I fixed mine and did a great job doing it.

So i guess now we are just going to talk about each others nuts since I am clearly right about the fact that the corners aren't protected enough?

Working with all of you that need help or need replacements. I am still here for ya! For installation please take it to a body shop if you've never done this before. Its very easy, but aligning the trunk properly, will allow it to fit right. If there are any issues I've missed PM me anytime!

I dont need pictures of the packaging im sure it was more then enough in all the other areas just not those corners. Yours did come out good and I would be happy with it. Im stating it as a fact that the corners should have been better protected and that from all shipments here on out that should be adressed.

I took it to nut swinging cause that is what you are doing. I never said it was a bad product. Its clear as day though that during shipping a bunch of them are getting messed up. If it was one or two ok fine it's the shipper. If its four or more like it is here then there is a problem in the packaging. Don't need to see what it looks like if this is the final result. If its not the packing the only other explanation would be that it got sent out like that but I highly doubt it. Please tell me the reason if those are not it.

The trunk itself was wrapped unbelievably well...however...the foot of space on either side of the trunk in the box is what probably caused the broken spoiler on mine. Khurram has taken great care of me in this matter...not sure if anyone with a damaged trunk had the same issue that I did with UPS...I was not able to sign a damaged claim or do anything with the trunk...I had to call Khurram and have HIM file the claim according to UPS...weird but it all got sorted out. Fingers crossed that the next one shows up without any issues
I just felt terrible for the guy I had mine sold to...Hopefully this next one will end up on his car!

Our packaging was just fine. It was up to par with UPS guidelines and then some. Pallets are expensive and they cost a lot more money. $108 shipping versus a $250ish charge. Is a big difference for a product that you only paid $480.00 for. Your damaged pictures do you no good and they do this thread no good. If you want to make a claim on the Carbon trunk please feel free to PM me. Thanks.
