oh, and i checked the first page (the only one i'm going to bother to follow) and it doesn't say anything about the polish being a powder coat, and on the site, it doesn't state that the polish is a powder coat.

All i see is, "Features high quality powder paint."

i just assumed that "polished" ment that the mount was actually polished, and not powder coated this silver stuff

ah well, like i said, i'll live. i woulda went black though if i realized it wasn't a real polish.

If you have a good method to polished the mild steel, you should do it. We just dont..... I dont think you can.... (maybe I am wrong)

i asked the question in about the middle of this thread, and TTR explained it very clearly. you can't polish steel, well, you can, but the stainless variety.

after the whole rebal intake thing, and a recent problem with a couple of other group buys, i've lost faith in the cobalt community and GBs. i've had 2 out of 5 experiences go right.

from now on, i read what they're selling, use my credit card to buy, if there's a problem, i do a charge back through the credit card company, and just ignore 50+ pages of people bitching

oh, and thanks TTR for actually doing things RIGHT. i'll be back another time to buy my stuff

Just remember to do research on the company and see how they have done in the past. If you search for us there are countless threads on how we operate and always take care of our customers. Dont loose faith in all of us...
