why do you have to have a intake? the engine mount is on the other side from the intake and the tranny mounts are under the car?

Yeah that would be a good idea, because each hop of the wheel is a death blow to the drivetrain as I have been told.

I also have a bad amout of wheel hop and so did my brother's srt4, and he go a set of solid mounts and his hop is pretty much gone and can wot a burn out
