SHEESH. I'm going to have to print all this **** out and go to my GM tech and have them check these issues. It sounds like there is simply overall fitment problems and it troubles me that B&G seems to keep advertising these as fitting the TC's and taking peoples money. I'm not trying to sound accusitive as I've yet to talk to B&G directly bc I'm trying to gather info so they can read what the probs are etc. Seems like they know but I'm so frustrated. My car is FLAWLESS and I've put so much money and thought and effort into getting this car where is at.....it's 3 months old and it's borderline completely undriveable as I'm scared something will break and throw me into a guardrail or even worse.....someone.

A person will probably cause less damage than a guardrail.

question.....did you also buy the pillow ball mounts from them? or just the coilovers? have you also gotten an alignment since installing the coilovers? might make a difference. The pillow ball mount allows you to adjust the struts alignment i believe. I know Migs and hes a good guy i did alot of test fitting for them with , since im in San diego which is where their headquarters is. let me know if that helps

same here, gravana doesn't do the actual design, and from your statements, and gravana's they did the right things.

Did you see my post about the endlinks? it could help your situation if you really care to improve it...

^^^Thats NOT my problem. I'm not mad at you...I'm pissed that I spent a shitload of money to step up to coilovers instead of springs and I have to modify this; buy that; try this.....it's BS! If it was advertised as having to buy this or change that.....then okay I got myself into this. But that's simply not the case.

i wish i was local...i would look at/fix it for you...or atleast could tell you what to tell whoever you are having do the work...i think that once this is resolved that gravana/b&g/whoever should take what you are going thru and either re-write the instructions to solve this problem or put a warning to the buyer that he will have to do what ever to fix it.

For what it's worth, I wasn't pleased with the B+G coilovers either.

The rears didn't fit right the first time and the replacements were not up to snuff, the rear mounts where different lengths and the ride was terrible in the rear. The rear spring design was WAY to stiff and bouncy.

Oh yeah I got no instructions, not a huge deal but they might of helped me do the install and perhaps get a better ride out of them.

And kids, this is why you dont see me ever recommending coilovers that dont say Anze, Bilstein, Koni, Moton or Ohlins on them. In other words.....if you spent under $3000 for coilovers....youll probably have issues. Sorry that Sukxost and others had to put out the money to learn this. I hope it gets remediedquickly.

Anze, Ohlins and Koni most certainly do. Moton will if you ask.

Just spoke with Mike Migs from B&G and he is being MORE than helpful in finding a fix for me. He thinks it's the end links or the bearing. I'm going to take off my endlinks tomorrow hopefully and see if the knocking goes away. If so he is going to help get it fixed.
Thanks again for talking with me Mike. I'll let you all know how things go.

Like Brandon said we are working with him to get the issue resolved.. as soon as we hear back we will be making the appropriate changes. Because of the design of our coilovers and the many adjustment ranges they offer sometimes small changes a manufacturer makes to a car can change how our coilovers perform.. We are always willing to work with people to fix any problems as long as they are understanding and willing to work with us..

What was the result of this?

I believe i'm having the same problem.

Also, my box came with no instructions, or wrenches. Mike said he'd be sending me some, but to this day (that was over a month ago), i have not recieved anything.

MR Buddha,
If you contacted me and gave me a email address I believe I emailed you the directions.. and whats was your name and address please IM me so i can send you the wrenches..

As for the issue Brandon is trying to get an appointment to get his car on a lift to remove the factory links and see if that helps the popping. if so.. we will be producing adjustable swaybar endlinks for the cobalt kits.. 08+ will come with them and 06+ will have the option.. Also we will

my buddy has the Ksports and has the loud rubber band noise from the front too...

Sway Bar endlinks... Thats why I am doing springs and leaving the good shock strut combo from the TC's alone!

Sorry guys...I'm working 8am to 8pm from 4 Mar to 21 Mar and I'm working 34 miles from my house and miles further from GM. Can't get my car to the shop right now. I'll see how I can swing it somehow to get it there.
