front sway bar, upper front strut bar, or both??

i'm looking into purchasing these to upgrade my suspension but up until now i thought you just needed a front strut bar and a rear-anti sway bar, but looking online i've noticed they sell front and rear anti-sway bars in packages, and additionally a strut bar. anyone know if i should go with one or the other or all three?? thanks

a freshly installed s3 and freshly re-built ankle, but the clutch will win..that mo'fo is stiff from the beggining until it breaks in..usually around 800 miles or so starts to get softer

i was thinking about when i finish my tune to bump the idle up some so i wont have to worry about gasing and clutching together i can just reach over and slowly let out the clutch with my right foot...but i can forsee a nasty situation in socal where i should have 2 feet lol
