not entirely true... my 09 has ss/sc LCAs
yea since th SS/SC control arms are smaller and ur knuckle is bigger so ya they can fit

let me put it this way

for 07 and older YOU CAN NOT USE SS/TC lower control arms since the ball joint is too big.....use SS/SC lower control arms

it is true u can spread the knukle and what not but why do all that? the only difference between the SS/SC LCAs and SS/TC LCAs are the ball joint....otherwise they are identical so i would just take what ive learned and use it

Ok I got an 06 ls ant I got the fe5 ss/sc control arms, the passenger side fit right on but the driver side won't fit, the ball joint is bigger but it is the ss/sc control arm 8be checked the part number, anyone else have this problem?

raw deal tank. I bought some replacement LCA's awhile ago so I hope I got the right year. I don't remember at the moment.

it beats me how folks can wreck their parts fitting them. time to consider going to a trained technician this is not rocket science I fit these things once or twice a week...and the range is 19.6 mm to 20.5 mm on the bj stud, that I have found...
