i had them at full stiff when i was test driving them after i put them on so see if they move around etc. and the ride is nasty (on back country roads) but on a smooth track it would be perfect. but right now i have the front and a half turn from full soft and the rears are the way they came out of the box.

I just bought some konis and sportlines, sounds like it is worth the trouble to install the fronts on my own? I will get some pictures up, when I have them on the car.

def. worth putting them on, its not as hard are it seems. you just measure and cut. then clean up the cuts. the only draw back is you can't go back to stock unless you buy whole new front struts.

Fronts are done via a knob on the strut tower....the rears yeah you have to take the tires off to get to the two bolts that hold the strut in. Its an easy job though i can do both in 5 minutes with air tools

bump, just got done with a 1200+ mile weekend (ohio meet) and the konis were awesome!!! now some 85-90mph bumps aren't fun but it rode perfectly

I think I'm gonna take off the rear wheels this weekend and tighten up the rears. I've had the rear struts on soft ever since I've owned them.

Off topic question. Does anyone using sportline springs hears clunking/clicking like noise on their car?? I usually hear mine when backing up and cruising esp when hitting bumps.

**** YES!
Total **** guys! Took a pretty sharp turn going about 30 miles an hour today, smooth as butter and no loss of grip from the tires. I probably could have hit it going way faster!

Yes I do too. Only happens when I turn the wheels sharply at low speeds. I looked it up, one of the parts of the steering column or suspension wasn't lubricated correctly from the factory. It SHOULD be a harmless nuisance.
Anyways, I tightened up the rear struts today on the firmest setting and put the fronts all the way on firm as well.

yeah that I have that on the right front, it almost sounds like that springs aren't sitting just right. But i agree on full firm, the konis are a beast!!!
