I noticed a slightly difference.

Less than stock but not much. There will still be like 2in of gap in the rear and 1.5 in the front. Theres so many pics in the thread you shouldnt have to ask that.

They will probably rub in the front I would guess, but its not going to be really bad. Probably only when you u-turn, or hit really large bump or pot hole. Just get 225/40/18. If you see a pic of an SS/SC in this thread its more than likely going to be that or 215/45/18 which looks the same.

resurrecting this thread back to life....

would 245/40/18's all the way around give any rubbing issues with FE5 TC struts/shocks with pedder springs?. i got 18x8's with 35mm offset. at the moment im running 235/40/18's but im just wondering if its possible to run 245/40/18's... the more rubber the better

it wont rub. i have the same size wheels with the same offset and 245-40-18's in the back. the fronts have 255 35 18. no rubbing unless i have a lot of weight in the car and i hit a bump.

I just picked up a brand new set of Pedders for my HHR SS, do I need rack spacers or can I just install the springs and be alright?

When I install my Pedders I want the collapsed part of the coil at the top, how can you tell which way that will be?
