Powell rotated trans mount - lower charge pipe rubbing against bolt

My 09 SS/TC already had that one subframe cradle bolt (there are 3 per side of the engine bay) shortened at the factory, and prior to the Powell mounts installed, I had about half a pinky finger clearance.

Once I installed the mounts and dropped the jack, I went and saw that the lower charge pipe is now jammed right into that bolt. As I suspected, everything attached to the engine is now rotated forward and the already tight clearances are even tighter.

Has anyone else noticed this on their SS/TC?

I'm going to trim that bolt even more, but I have to find the torque spec. If anyone already did this, please chime in with the torque value or what you did.

That was easy.

I removed that bolt to inspect, and it looks like GM's "fix" was to use a washer (a cheap, non-SS washer BTW) and a cut-down bolt.

I threw out that washer, and used four 5/16" stainless washers with that cut-down bolt and torqued to 25 ft-lb. None of the threads are exposed underneath the charge pipe, but just enough of it was sticking out to indicate it is fully seated. I also used blue threadlocker.
