I literally have no clue how I would begin to even secure it with out some like JB weld and something tells me that's not right either. And to top it off, even when the link, sway bar, and bracket are all aligned with eachother, that still doesn't stop the stud of the link sitting so close to the tire, ya know?
They still are brand new hell, collectively they have four days worth of driving on them

jb weld or some sort of epoxy wont hold it. it needs a mechanical stop, and one set screw isnt enough, the swaybar will overcome that. every picture i see of ksports for a cobalt show a locking collar on either side of swaybar bracket. thats the only thing i could see working.
id give sports an email or phone call and find out if they forgot to put them on or what the deal is.

Your missing parts, you need to lock that bracket in place. No matter what endlinks you get it will still happen if the mounting bracket moves around.
If you have a serial number take that and contact KSport about replacement parts. Or contact the vendor you bought them from, you should always verify the package contents and make sure all parts are there. It's rare for parts to be shipped missing parts, but it does happen from time to time and most vendors/suppliers send the needed parts without much issue if you purchased them from an authorized dealer.

This is the kit you have correct? I have never had my swaybar brackets move on me, would definitely call Ksport and see what their recommendations are. And for the record, there are no lock rings for the swaybar brackets. Also, can you take a pic of the full endlink attached to the bracket and the swaybar. Looks like the two are awfully close in the one pic.

Now about the bracket and the swaybar sitting close to eachother on the one side, I just bought some 'Moog' links (I didn't want to throw more money at nicer ones and then this happen again.) Yeah man I'll hook them up and snap a pic... I would do it right now but I've got kids.

Resolution
Well ladies and gentlemen, I have an answer directly from KSport regarding the bracket that "rotates freely" ...
On this bracket, or collar as referred, there is a small 5mm hex screw. This small (possibly aluminum alloy???) screw is all that holds this bracket in place from spinning. It gets torqued to 3-4 ft/lbs. This mere little screw took me, and my wallet, for a costly ride! The caveat to this is, there is no directions on tightening this screw and when tightened to the point it bottoms out, the collar (bracket) still spins. It takes more than 3-4 ft lbs just FYI. Also, the collar is split right along the middle. (So basically, picture a thick ribbon that is slit down the center, with a screw that keeps ribbon from splitting apart). This is so when you torque the little sucker on there plenty tight, the split collar squeezes closer together which in turn is augmented on the threads of the strut. Moral of the story, don't leave one screw unscrewed. Oh and if you take some vice grips, or channel locks to squeeze the collar so that it is completely squeezed together and then tighten the screw.... DONT! It actually helps the collar spin freely even better.
I really do not have faith in this one little screw holding the flexing weight of my vehicle on turns. I seriously think as soon as that sway bar starts working, it's going to pop that bracket loose all over again and bring me to the same fate. What do you guys think????????????? I will post pictures to better show what I'm saying.

Wow. If you don't realize you have a defective product you have bigger problems. Its obvious them bottom lock rings are missing. Exchange em or get your money back. Anyone with common sense will tell you its missing lock rings.

See the above picture. The Ksports don't come with lock rings on the swaybar brackets. They are a split bracket with a set screw. If the proper torque spec, and sometimes Loctite, is not applied, they stand a chance of back out. The kit posted on the previous page was either an older kit or another level of Ksports. The kit he has is the same one as I posted.
