How do you know it's the WRONG rotor? Does it fit and does it have all the same dimensions as the other counter part (Front or rear)? Is it properly stamped if there is a R&L? If so, how the hell can you have the *wrong* part? Shiny where? On the hat or on the disc surface? If that's the only difference, it's possible that the odd one is coated vs the others..no biggie. It's also possible you're looking at oxidation on the other 3. If I were you, if it does fit, put it on and take it to the shop you're headed. That's a no brainer decision!! After the work is done, you can get the replcement and work something out with ZZP. I'm sure they'll accomodate you in some way. Got to do what ya hafta do here...get the car to the shop and stop bitchin!!!

Legal action over $200-400 hahaha. U realize if you actually had a case u would have to file in the states and fly down there to get **** done. Which would cost more than the brakes hahahaha.
