yes. We did springs on a local guys cobalt and he didn't torque an endlink correctly and it click on acceleration and braking. The way the sway bar in the front it puts pressure on the endlink and the endlink will move and clink/clunk

Try taking the endlink off with only one wheel in the air to see how they are connected. Easiest is both tires in the air so there is no stress on the sway bar

troof the end links if they are not powergridincs last not long ago. 3 months was all i got out of one set recently. same as you,I was looking for the clunk, and discounted the end links as they are new. Not new for long lol. That was the problem. ugh.

Were those moog endlinks because I think my passengers side is shot, or maybe I have to retorque it. I was stupid and didn't grease them right away.

Just ordered SS/TC shocks/struts and YYZ v5s from CED for my SS/SC that's on CM springs with shot struts/shocks. I can't wait to have a decent ride quality and not scrape and clunking noises!

thank you. All YYZ are now either wrapped or sprayed on the dead coils to reduce noise, which some folks find. enjoy

Any solutions for the folks on the OG V1 YYZs? I get a slight rattle I'm more worried about the coating rubbing off then the noise

Buy rubber tubing. Wrap the coils in said tubing.

If you find out a diameter that works, lmk, I am trying to find out if I can do the same on stock springs. My upper spring cushion just came off and I don't have time to drop the rear just yet.

I measured the stock springs. 14mm or 0.55 inches. I bought 5/8the rubber tube to wrap them.

I did road trip in YYZ V5 about 1,400 miles round trip. They are the best ride comfort that I had drove in.
