No, thank you John. I am also corresponding with Gloria on a hardcore bar and motor mounts. This may be too much awesomeness for me to handle all at once. Lol

Konis
YYZ's
Rotated mounts
Hardcore bar.

Should be a totally different animal.

anyone want to tell me where the white plastic disc goes on the Koni struts ?

I think it goes under the bump stop, but i didnt put it on there cuz it was really loose and i didnt want any rattles or anything flopping around. Is it necessary to have it on there ?

got these silencers from CED. There a plastic material and not rubber. They almost feel like there going to crack and dry out over time ... we shall see though.

Tein silencers are a rubber/poly type material.

Have been holding up great.

Staged, thats what i thought these were going to be .. nope there plastic. They are also cut on the back side i would assume to help them bend easier, then there is a bead of glue along the inside to keep them from splitting more. I hope John tested these out in winter.

thanks Eddie ! thats where i thought they went but i kept mine out lol ... it wont make a difference.

I did not test the spiral wrap that hyperco supplied. It is used on Ford Performance springs for the same thing. Hyperco make those.
I am using a spray material, and Hyperco and myself are monitoring the situation as we see what solution works best. And we will see how it goes. The springs have a lifetime warranty if they break or loose rate. I really dont have much patience to go through the "what ifs".

I have only ever seen one damaged YYZ spring ; it was from a collosal endo roll over that wrote the car off; I offered to replace it free of charge just to have a look at it and test what forces it went through to bend the spring sideways, but the owner never took me up on the offer.

Fe5 and Konis won't be any different actually is the spring that makes the difference not the shock or strut

YYZ & Koni yellows: 2 fingers in the front, 3 fingers in the back.
<insert "that's what she said" joke here>
