Common we can't make the prize for the guy who dyno's the most, might as well give the money to Jon now.
We should make it for the most suprising dyno which at this point would be a toss up between Rhys and Ed.
As for the max. number of dyno's, you can strap a car in 5mins and dyno 3 pulls in 10mins. So about 4 car/hour.
