Any word yet as to what you are going to be choosing people for this yet? The last i heard was sometime in April but wasn't sure if that was still the plan or not?

Yes we got it Monkei, Ive got everything filed. I'll start to pull files on a individual basis and do a brief over the phone interview for those for the prototype applications and will do the sponsorship applications in person.

Sorry I didnt reply earlier, I thought I replied to your email. But yes, we got your application and its filed.
Like I said, once the building papers are finalized, me and my team will start to pull applications and see whos made it, and my team and I will conduct an over the phone interview with the applicants to better help choose the participants.

The owner is ***** footin around with the building, so I got a lawyer involved.
Its a win win situation for me, he has until April 24, 2007 to get the stuff finished, or the building is forfeited to me since ive placed a good sized down payment.
So, in short, either he gets his ass together and makes money off of me for the next few years, or he ***** foots around, i get a $400k building for $20k, and I move in and throw his **** in the dumpster.
