Definitely can't wait for the header for the 2.0. Is the Kenne Bell a twinscrew? I'd really like a blower swap, but I want one that can push the same amount of air without all the parasitic loss the roots blower has. I know some loss will happen no matter what, but if we can save 2 to 3 hp per LB of boost at 15 psi manifold pressure...30-45 real hp without any additional stress on the engine. Why don't I just go twincharge then?

I'm interested to see where you guys go with this stuff but I can't say if I will buy or not. You guys are a young company and I'm one of those guys who likes to play it safe with my daily driver (which my SS/SC is) so I like proven results before I jump on something.
I'm pulling for you guys though and I hope all this comes to fruition and you guys kick ass. I'd love to see an Illinois shop that isn't in Chicago make some noise for once. Good luck!
I can't answer your questions about the KB charger but I can tell you twincharging always sounds good on paper but in practice is never that great. It's a plumbing, tuning, and thermal nightmare. Plus you use two compressors to make the airflow that can be achieved with one. Rather then twincharging one would be much better off going with a twin screw, centrifigal, or turbo swap. That's why I wouldn't twincharge.

In my expert opinion, twincharging is a complete waste.
To Twincharge is simply for a instant boost buildup from the supercharger, and the turbo to take over after a certain point.
Granted you have to run a small turbo, or a large pulley on the s/c...simply because:
Your Supercharger pushes 15psi...
Your turbo kicks in and then pushes 8psi...
Your going to be pushing 23psi, and 2 different CFM's.
Is it the BEST thing to hit the streets? Nope.
Will it win a car show? hell yes....so will lambo doors.
Your best bet would be too either get a properly sized turbo....
or a better supercharger.
either way, these kits of ours will both be comparable in 1/4 times.
Simply because we dont want you the customer to love the whine of the supercharger....but feel like your not getting all that you could, if you went turbo.
Turbos vs Superchargers both do the same thing....they provide boost.
Turbos will ALWAYS be better than superchargers in the sense of high hp/top end speed due to theire efficiency.
However, superchargers will always provide instant boost, vs the lag of a turbocharger (regardless of how fast spool up is).
I personaly LOVE turbo lag...i like to gun it...then a second later, feel that turbo throw me into the back seat.

Very True. With such a low 1st gear for you ss/sc owners...a boost controller that only limits you to like, 2psi in 1st gear, in 2nd it should jump to 5psi, then in 3rd-5th = full psi.
that should keep your tires on the ground.

This sounds good man i want to keep the supercharger (love thw whine) but the turbo is more promising. So im not twincharging. And another reason for turbo is its fuel efficiency which will actually cause me to get this over the kenne bell supercharger. But of course we shall see in a couple of months guess i have to change my sig real quick lol.

TNT has been in talks with other manufacturers (which will be rename nameless, but are quality companies).
TNT will be offering the following products within a few months time:
2.0L LSJ Turbo Kit.
2.0L LSJ Kenne Belle Supercharger Swap.
2.0L LSJ Kenne Belle/Turbo Twincharge kit.
2.0L Lower Comp Pistons
2.0L Cams (Including Turbo Specific)
2.0L Megaflow Exhaust (Patent Pending Technology)
2.2L Turbo Kit w/ Tuning. **Research still in development**
2.2L Cams (That require no additional tuning)
2.2L Huge Flow Intake
2.2L Higher/Lower Comp Pistons
2.2L Megaflow Exhaust (Patent Pending Technology)
2.4L Megaflow Exhaust (Patent Pending Technology)
2.4L Huge Flow Intake
2.4L Turbo Kit w/ Tuning (HPT)
2.4L Cams (Including Turbo Specific)
2.4L Higher/Lower Comp. Pistons
Across All Models:
TNT Dynomite Intake Manifold (Patent Pending Technology)
Precut Window Tint (2/4Dr Cobalts, IONs coming soon)
Interior Neon Accessories
See through hoods. (Yes...You can literaly see through it and into the engine bay!)
TNT Dynomite Headers w/ Megaflow Technology.
TNT Dynomite Megaflow Booster (Gets that extra boost when you need it)
Also looking into: Fuel Additives (Raise fuel octane by 8!)
TNT is going to venture towards the manufacturing business vs a "performance shop" business. Although we will still do both.
ALL products that require dyno testing/tuning will not be marked up because of the dyno testing involved (like those other guys......the joys of owning your own dyno).
Thats all I got, stay tuned!

these 2.2 cams your talking about, these going to be made in house? seems like you would have to have a TON of expensive equipment to make them and test for balance and quality ect ect..

the only thing we will be manufacturing "In House" is the turbo kits, the headers, the intakes, the exhausts.
the Pistons, Cams will be designed in house by my lovely fiance (whos a Auto CAD expert) and contracted out.

eh - would change my vote to the "no but might change" cuz nobody knows if the 2.2 stuff works on the ion, or how competitive the prices will be, and i'm curious how cams that don't need tuning could do anything for you.
