11.5 - 12.2 afr on N/A @ WOT?
I just recently installed my WB AFR gauge and noticed that when I go WOT after about 4500 rpm in 3rd gear the car goes suprisingly rich.
At WOT in first and second, when I hit PE, I'm pulling a 13.3 - 13.6 then when I hit 3rd it flys to 11.5 - 12.2 ...wtf.??
Is that normal for N/A?

Indeed this is true but...in first and second gear the tune is fine.
It's just 3rd that it starts running pig rich.
I can change it of course with my FIC but I was just curious if anyone had any opinions?

that seems to me like your getting leaner, higher afr = leaner
which would make a lot more sense

you are leaving some untapped power on the board though from running that rich N/A
if you were running 13.0 - 13.3 AFR at WOT across the table you'd be good

Well who knows why it's richening up the mix, but I will hook up my FIC and lean it back down with a little trimming.
We'll see then.
Thanks guys.

Do the SS/NA have piston protection on them? If so, see if it is set for like 4500 or so maybe that is what is doing it.. either that or I would agree it is probably COT.
