60s a little rich on decel, throwing off trims, Normal?
I was wondering if anyone else noticed that with the Siemens 60s, they literally can't flow a small enough amount of fuel during decel vacuum to obtain 14.7. When first logging on the injectors in open loop I noticed the injectors would turn off without DFCO if the pulse went below approx 0.64ms so I adjusted my short pulse adder table to make sure the injectors never go off statically on their own.
It does cause about a 12:1 AFR right before DFCO enables and long term fuel trims will quickly drop to -10ish for that couple seconds but jump straight back to within about +/-2% once I press on the gas again.
At this point I am thinking there's really no way around commanding such a small amount of fuel without a return style, because with 25in Hg vacuum durring decel these injectors will flow even more fuel. Was curious if anyone else noticed this problem? I would think the injectors going statically off is not a good thing.
