wow..........this guy is a real work of art.........denial at its best, instead of just fessing up. wonder how many other people had problems with him.

 

Like was said before, it becomes an issue of he said she said. You have to pay to sue him, plus you are going to have to more than likely pay someone who is a licensed mechanic and a "known" tuner who can be a witness that James' negligent tune is in fact the reason that the motor blew up and that it was not a mechanical issue with the car. The last big issue is also what was said before, collecting the money isn't going to happen because James isn't going to pay. Then you have to pay MORE money to go to court and attempt to put a garnishment against his wages, which even if awarded would take a year or two before you finally got the money.

I would say that the best bet if someone actually wanted to sue James would be to take him on one of those TV show courts. If the plantiff wins then the show actually pays the judgment and you would be sure to get your money. The only issue is that both parties have to agree to appear and I don't see James agreeing to show up for something like that.

O.o have u not been following the whole thread? and i guess like 5 different people dont know what they are talking about when it comes to these tunes and they all pretty much agree on the same thing......yea, that doesnt seem like proof at all lol.

To start with James was never giving the chance to explain any of these tunes, all of this has been taking completely out of context and without any back story provided for why the tune was the way it was and none of the bandwagoners have giving any of the back story either its always some random screen shot that could have been tampered with for all we know. When you call into question someone work they are suppose to have a chance to explain themself kinda like the justice system in the states where you get a chance to plead ur case. Like I said this has been a circle jerk with the same people who hate james with the cavi guy in the middle, nothing has been explain why its bad its all just random tuners who hated james prior to coming into this thread saying that its bad. Iv seen bad tunes by term for the lsj but u dont see the rpt guys running a circle jerk talking **** about terms lsj tunes.

 

well i dont know him but it seems like there is plenty of proof to me O.o and if you have seen bad tunes by term where is your proof? post it up instead of talking about it. and i dont think its a bunch of "random" tuners when they all seem to know what they are talking about pretty well......and all agree with each other, so basically what your telling me is that they all hate him for what reason is that? and everyone has agreed that he blames the driver, engine, etc etc for a blown engine instead of his tune.........so wat would be the point of having him "explain" his tunes when its the same story cuz he doesnt know how to fess up to his screw up?! im not taking sides with anyone because i am not tuned by ANYONE on here. but the proof is there and seems like everyone can agree except you guys who jumped on his band wagon.......hell, even the one guy said james' tune was garbage and he switched..........let me guess though, that was driver error huh?

 

We don't need him to explain how it's all the customers fault, they kept asking for more. Spare us his fan club, and get over it. For once a thread stayed open, and people actually spoke. Get over it.

I think in this case it's a good thing he is. Finally people get to speak their stories, and not have to worry about being fan club attacked.

It's pretty pathetic how many times people have said "I didn't want to start anything". Everyone knows what happens when you call out anyone in RPT, and if that's who you guys want to be fine, but this thread has more than enough proof, and more than one story, so everyone of those people lied, and it's actually everyone else's fault James ***** up on tunes? I highly doubt that.

Like I said before, spare us his fan club for once, no one gives a ****. Go find James some goats, or something RPT does.

Almost as logical that James is god and needs to be able to defend his tunes, aka blame everyone else for his mistakes.

A real man can step up and admit when he fucked up. He doesn't need a fan club, or to blame the owner.

The proof is already out, just give it up, and move on.

 

shes right here..... ive personally driven the cars with tunes.. they have all had their issues.

i have logs of a blown customers cars and hes proven with screen shots of all the emails(deleted in a different thread) he never once asked for more. guys timing happy and im not going to come on here saying his tunes suck just because the rest of the world is starting to realize it. ive said it since day one.....its funny when reputable tuners are saying it too.. guys with shops and so forth not just the css crowd.

There has been different logs posted, by different people posting them, each explaining what is wrong with the respective log that they have posted. If you don't call that proof, I don't know what it is you are trying to have explained. If theres something specific please explain the request in detail and im sure it can be issued by someone in this thread.
