Datalogging Woes!

Alright, I received a nice config from someone to datalog. I bring up the config in the scanner, and all the info pulls up. When I connect the laptop to the car and hit scan, it moves likes it's going to record something, but no information shows up. I've tried it standalone as well as with the laptop. What the hell am I doing wrong? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Bump for more help please. I tried it again today, and still a no go. I hooked up the HPTuners cable/box to the car. I do have the Pro version, I'm just not using the standalone feature. I hit connect, then select start scan. The time hacks move, but no data is registering. WTF?

That is really wierd... make sure all the custom PID"s show up in the main screen, if anything I"ll send you a new file tonight. I had an issue with mine too.. I deleted the vcmscanner.cfg file under VCM suite, and reinstalled the software. all was good after that.

Can I use your file? The other thing you sent me wouldn't work even after I upgraded my version of HPT as well.
