until every gas station has it, its not a practical option, and it also gets worse mpg, not really something i want for a daily driver, not to mention our cars are not intended to run on it. Pump gas and alky works just fine.

How old are you? Like 50? Most people don't like things they don't understand. Usually old muscle car guys don't like E-85. There are the same guys who think carberated NA engines make more hp then Fuel Injection FI engines...

Lets look at the top HP numbers for the TVS.

1. Area47 360whp, 301wtq Verified Dynojet, (347/292 on a 2.75 pulley) 2.6/H/DP/CD/E/E-85/T/TVS Graph
2. SS/SC Crazer 343whp, 300wtq TVS/2.7"/IM/DU/CM/HE/I/H/CD/DP/E/80's/FS/E-85/P/T Graph
3. Sizzle06340whp, 276wtq Verified Dynomite TVS/2.9/I/TB/79's/H/DP/E/HE/DU/T Graph1 Graph2
4. sput 331whp, 276wtq Verified DynoJet I, H, DP, T, DU, 80's, TVS, 2.9, HE, E-85 Graph
5. ebristol 329whp, 290wtq Verified DynoJet F, H, DP, CD, E, T, DU, 80s, 2.9", TVS, HE. E-85 Graph
6. Deathscythe 320whp, 250wtq Verified DynoJet TVS, PH, I, PI, WI, 60'S, E, HE, T, DP Graph
7. elite_Cyborg 313whp, 262wtq Verified Dynojet I/H/DP/E/HE/79's/TVS/2.9/WI/T, Graph
8. lsjwannabe 312 whp 267 wtq Verified 2.75, 60s, DU, I, TB, RS, H, E, CD, T, TVS
9. freakta 311 whp 264 wtq Verified I, DP, WI, 42s, TVS, 2.8, H, E, T, PH, IC Graph
10. 383_Stroker 304whp, 276wtq Verifed Dynomite TVS, 3.1, WI, H, DP, AM, 60, DU, T Graph
11. Rodimus_Prime 298whp, 254wtq Verified I, H, DP, E, T, DU, 60s, 80mm, WI, HE, TVS, TB Graph

Oh. There you are...way at the bottom...

This is also fail. You think EVERY gas station has to have it? Do you buy your gas from EVERY gas station? I hope not. Even when I buy my prehistoric fuel I always buy from the same station. That way I can make sure to get the most consistent fuel supply possible. I don't buy from Shell then Mobile and throw in a Kwik Trip. That is just stupid!

Find your favorite brand and stick with them.

This is fail.

Yes, on a Miles per Gallon calculation E-85 produces a lower number. BUT on a Cost per Gallon E-85 is just as expensive as prehistoric fuel. In WI, E85 is $1 per gallon cheaper then prehistoric fuel. So for me, the fuel economy decreased by 25% but my fuel cost has decreased by 30%. So I am actually saving money.

I feel like I am repeating myself...

Fail.

There is ethanol in your fuel tank right now. Unless you have found some "old school" gas station that sells 100% gasoline. If that is the case then find a new gas station. Ethanol in your fuel is a good thing.

I can agree with this. If you live in an area where E-85 is not available then Meth Injection is a great option. If you live in an area with E-85 you are a fool for not running it.

I can not believe that in the year 2010 that these types of misconceptions still exist. For those who have not made up their mind about E-85 I ask you keep an open mind. Remember, at one point people thought the Earth was flat.

Think outside the bun.

Not practical at all where I live, theres not a single one within 15 miles and other than just that one there are only in york and lancaster which are 25-30 miles away. In fact theres only 21 in the entire state of PA.

I'm not making a 30+ mile round trip every time I need gas, thats stupid and damned inconvenient. I'm sure in the midwest its more widely available but I dont live there.

Okay, we get it. It's not easily accessible to you. That does not make it ineffective. It just makes it unavail as an option to you.
