E-85 Cold Start Correction (INFORMATIONAL)
Those of you on e85 having issues with cold start...
Curious why your car takes a 5-10+ cranks until the car fires in 50 or less degree weather with the car completely cooled down?
Here's the simple fix using hptuners
Depending on your car/climate, additional or less fuel is needed.

Cold cranking fuel table with a 90% gain in fuel to the highlighted cells.

Shouldn't your stoich value be closer to 9.85 since you're on E85?

Oh I'm sure, but being 2hours away in the snow and not having hptuners didn't help haha it was a great learning experience. But even recently in Texas around 50-60 degrees having some stutter.

These tables don't exist for the lnf ecm. There are other ways of compensating for cold start issues on lnf's with e85 though. Our winters up here in the northeast can be brutal yet I've never had a hard start with e85 in my car with my calibrations..
