I'm trying to license my balt so that I can get tuned soon and It's not letting me. What happens: I click "read entire" the read entire vcm window pops up. I click go and it starts, then when it begins number 2. Validating License, it says not allowed. Screen shot is below.

I don't know if I am doing this wrong or what but it's getting old. I have contacted support at Hptuners and they just told be to download the NET4.0 and I did, didn't work. Please Help!

....yes I do have enough credits. lol

I have and waiting for a response. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

Do this tell us info on ure car... Because if you have the incorrect framework itll do this or if the ecm has been tuned with a different tuner.

09 ss.... and it was tuned when I got it, but I had the ECM replaced at the dealer because it was giving me issues....

Oh, geez, it just occured to me. You probably need the latest beta. Support should be able to get you going.
