We will have to get more info from Hahn on this, they state:
  • Exclusive “NO-DRILL” oil drain system
  • Oil pan stays on engine, no tedious drilling into engine block or pan
  • Stainless steel Teflon-lined oil feed
  • All fittings custom-designed for Ecotec engines
  • 100% solution, nothing else to buy!

Basically it comes with the fittings and lies to hook up the S20G turbo, with the benifit of the "drain" side does not require drilling into the pan or block...

This is more of a question about the hahn turbo than anything.

What kind of hot side flange is that S20G?

Website looks awesome btw, great inventory that I'll be taking advantage of soon, keep adding more cobalt stuff!

question about the turbo, anyway to get it set at a lower psi, i sent you a PM a few hours ago, just need to know if hahn can get a wastegate set at a lower psi, looking for maybe 5-7psi, basically the lowest wga you can get on there, i can always boost control it to my liking, but lower is better for me, i dont want to push to much for a stock engine to handle

didnt take me but 2 mins to find hate thread on HRC's s20g...wow...

We can get you a lower rating actuator (lets say 5 PSI) you just have to let us know when you order. We spoke with Hahn and they stated this can be done

sweet nice to know im looking around for parts again, and this is on to do list just have to get rid of my intake and vibrant header/dp now dont know where to ditch it at lol im actually going to get the levelI kit, and buy the o2 housing and the dp seperate as the levelII comes witht he intake which i dont feel like spending 300 extra on a small pipe and filter i can do myself, so can you PM me the cost of the hosuing and DP alone, u dont haveit listed, but hahn does
http://www.turbosystem.com/ProjectVe...Components.htm
Cobalt Quick-Mount V-band Turbo Exhaust Housing and MaxFlow Downpipe System

This 3” tubular work of TIG-welded ceramic-coated art attaches to the S20G with a super-trick 3” V-band clamp system, another Hahn exclusive! The precision CNC-machined components form a perfectly tapered transition from the turbine outlet to the big-breathing 3” housing. A heavy-duty flex section then transfers the gases into a mandrel-bent 3” downpipe for unimpeded flow to the cat-back exhaust (of course, you’d want to use a Hahn 3” SS CatBack for this!)

*

V-band system for easy installation and servicing
*

Superb flow for high HP and outstanding turbo response
*

TIG-welded by experienced American craftsmen
*

All premium materials, not imported, failure-prone junk
*

Can be provided with optional Wideband O2 socket
*

Easily accepts any 3” catalytic converter (not included)

H EX-6070 $599.99

the total cost of this vs the level II sis cheaper, except i dont get the intake this way, which i dont care for i can get my own piped made for cheaper with just a AEM filter on it...but yeah can you PM me the cost of that part plz

auto standar, its all the same, just tuning that you need diffrent, which is something trifecta can do for you, and you can custom ake ur own kit from other cobalts trim kits...look at me im using the LSJ s20g kit on my 2.2...im buying just the essentials i know i need and will use

the manifold is the same
turbo is the same
downpipe is the same
oil feed/drain the same
we have the same room behind the engine
same exhaust set up

it should all fit the same, you just have to put in the elbox grease and research to make it happend, i have attempted boost before so i know prety much how my set up is going to look like when done, i already know how ima route all the piping and how im making it all work...just saving money for the parts right now

the thing about the hahn kit, lets say u boost, u blow ur ****...well guess what? have trifecta send you a stock tune, whch they do for free i think, just pay shipping, down tune it, remove the kit and go get it warrantied, since they use a drill free oil drain system, the dealer wont see holes in the oil pan or on the engine, leave no traces or it ever being on, not going to see they wont know something was there before as the bolt wont have rust of them, but all they can do is speculate, not enough for them to straight tell you no, put all stock **** back on and go in, thats what ima do if this happend, i have a 72k warranty and dammit ima use it :p
