Angry You guys suck

I ordered hawk brake pads on the 16th of Oct. I expect to get them pretty quick but they never come. On the 29th of Oct I email them to see whats up and they say they just got them in and I will be receiving them tomorrow because I am so close to them. Now I keep checking the tracking number and my brake pads are sitting in the facility because they are not due for delivery. When they responded back the person had an attitude about why i asking why they did not send an email to let me know they were back ordered. The brake rotors I ordered from R1 Concepts got here quicker and they had to be drilled and shipped from CA. I will definitely not be doing business with Turbo Tech again.

We cannot control that fed ex does not deliver until a certain day.

We also do not publish or state shipping times, if you have a concern or urgent need, please email/PM before you order, to ensure your parts are in stock.

Anything else please let us know, thanks!

Also it looks like your rear pads are waiting also on a back order:

So R1 is doing their best also.

Well working in customer service a good thing to do is keep your customer informed. If i have a customer order a part and i find out its not in stock i will let them know not just have them sitting and waiting with no updates.

We do not have any control over the Fed EX system, this is out of our hands. We shipped it fed ex express saver (which is faster than ground) I believe to try and speed up the process for you, at no cost to you.

These pads you ordered are hard to get a hold of, at least for us, being a new application, getting them in stock in house is hard. However we have now bumped up our stock levels to help prevent any back orders.

You should be mad at FedEx. They are horrible, they take forever to deliver and half the time the goods are damaged. I try to use only UPS or USPS for my business.

interesting. up in nj anything you get UPS is ruined. box cut open at a corner. **** like that.

fedex is the only one that gives us packages that look brand new. they have only 1 complaint from my company with a box getting wet in a snow storm going to vermont.

ups? HA we get a call on almost every package we sent with them about how it looks like it was thrown down a flight of stairs.

did you ask if they were in stock, or about an expected delivery date before you ordered, or did you just assume you would get them the next day?

When you need stuff yesterday its always good to ask first..

When I ordered my powerslot rotors from TTR they promptly let me know the stocking situation and alternatives via email. I guess some orders can slip by - I'm sure they are busy.

TTR is by far the best vendor around. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. Aaron is always upfront about shipping and stock. More vendors should be like them. Deal with Fedex, they're the problem. Lay off TTR, they do a great job!

Stop bashing our vendors. TTR is an amazing company and very personable. It isn't their fault that FeE dropped the ball. So if your going to bitch, do so else where.

All I expect when ordering from a company is to be kept informed of my order. I would have been Ok with the back order if I was told my email. I should not have to ask them what the status of my order is. That is what customer service is. I decided to spend my hard earned money with TTR and not one of the other companies. i don't think that is asking too much. If they want to keep their customers happy and keep them coming to them they should have good customer service.
