Cancelled My Order but it Shipped Anyways!

Cancelled My Order but it Shipped Anyways!
First off, I don't want to do this. But a lack of response, followed by the shipping of my order has left me no choice. My last two emails have not been answered, as well as a PM on here. TWM has been active on here during this time.
October 21st - Ordered a short throw shifter, as well as some supporting accessories.
November 5th - I email TWM to see what's up with my order, since I hadn't heard anything.
November 8th - TWM tells me they out they are not in stock, and they are making more. The website said nothing about them being out of stock, or else I would have never ordered one in the first place.
November 15th - I tell TWM to cancel my order.
November 22nd - I again tell TWM to cancel my order, after getting no response.
November 23rd - TWM tells me it is cancelled, and that I will get my refund on the 30th.
December 4th - I email TWM since I did not receive a refund.
December 6th - TWM says the shifters will be shipping soon, if I would like to change my mind.
December 7th - I yet again tell TWM I still would like to cancel my order and get my money back.
I then heard nothing back.
December 16th - I get a tracking number for my order. I then emailed TWM, as well as sending a PM on here.
I have again heard nothing back, even though TWM has been posting during this time.
I just want this cleared up. Maybe this will finally get a response from them...

Sounds like a mix up. Unless its an emergency that you need the funds, I'd wait to see after you get it to decide to return it etc. TWM shifter is one of the best upgrades for most people.

Same thing sorta happened to me,,, no one notified me that the shifter was out of stock I waited 3 months for it to finally come after talking to them multiple times, and them not offering( or giving when asked) any discount or remedy for waiting...

If you really dont want it, and they knew this:
1. Refuse the shipment... Then..
2. Call your credit card company and dispute the transaction
3. Submit the proof of emails sent to the said company, to fight the dispute, showing you did not want this and the lack of delay (just like post #1)
You will get your $ back and they will have their shifter back. Simple...

Do NOT do a charge back, it if you dont have an issue, or are trying to get something for free, as you will face legal issues quickly.
