Angry Dear TWM!

I am in no way bashing, just some constructive critisisim.

i am in the prosess of installing your TWM shortshifter for the 2.2/2.4. steps one-eight went smooth with some minor errors (instrustions say 12mm socket when really it needs a 13mm socket)

now i am to the point where you have to disconnect the shifter it self. you instructions are not detailed at all and pictures lack what needs to be there. so far what i think is the black plastic ring has been broken and the clip holding the shifter down. i am very dissapointed in the lack of detailed instructions that came with the shifter and that are provided on your website. paying close to 200 dollars for a shifter, i expected a little better quality in how to assemble it.

great product TWM, poor, poor way to illistrate how to install it.
