When we designed our Cobalt SS short shifter, one of our main goals was to reduce the height as much as possible while retaining the RL mechanism. Removing the RL is not a great option, mainly because it would make engagement of the 5th gear very vague. We removed as much height as possible on the RL part of the shifter and used the M1 Abrams RL aluminum shift knob to sit as low as possible also. Everything was done for the best height reduction available on the market!

The new TWM shifter extenders coupled with a TWM Short Shifter and TWM shift knob is becoming VERY popular! Get your orders in today!

Yes, it's more for function, especially for people who track their car!

Unfortunately not The shipping method you chose has no tracking number. However, it has been shipped on our end, that's for sure!

Looks cool, but our shifters arent down on the ground like the srt-4's ares are up higher and in my opinion it will look like a semi-trucks inside

It would be nice for draging though

It will work 100% fine with the Cobalt SS/SC or TC RL.

Cool! Now instead of the shifter being in your cupholder, you can change the radio stations with 1st, 3rd and 5th! SWEET!
