What's up with Ultrarev

Hey, has anyone ever ordered anything from Ultrarev. I ordered a cat back from them last weekend and have not heard a word. I've sent two emails and a voice mail with their sales dept and no responses. Any words of advice, cancel it, etc?

i ordered my intake from them and had no problem at all i got my intake in like a week or less
