SSTC sedan parts (in Canada)

I am looking for some parts, and would prefer to not have to deal with shipping over the border, or exchange.
I recently bought an SS/TC sedan, and want to put it back to pretty much stock.

Does anyone in Canada have to sell, or have a lead on the following parts:

- SS/TC sedan a-pillar (would prefer with a boost gauge, but this is not necessary)
- rear rh door panel in ebony/grey

If local, I'd also be interested in a stock intake/airbox - I think I recently tossed my spare airbox setup, and 'Murphy's law' is now kicking into effect.
I would also possibly be interested in a nice set of lights, and a rear high mount brake lamp.
I may also entertain a full set of ebony sedan door panels, but would need a back seat to match.

I will probably update this "want" list depending on what I discover I need along the way.

I just realized this car has had the factory boost gauge wire end cut off;
So I need a wire end for a 2008-2009 TC with the standard boost gauge.

Unfortunately you are not going to find any really great Canadian sites. I use Rockauto for my parts. Shipping is not too bad and they usually have the cheapest prices on the net for oem parts especially for the cobalt. For the gauge go through zzp.

I do have a glowshift boost gauge back when I was still debating on supercharging my GT but now it sits in my closet.

Thanks to both of you for offering your opinions.

I apologize if I was at all unclear;
I intend to put this car back to stock, so I posted here thinking I might find members who have, or have leads on good used parts from other 2008-2010 Cobalt SS's.

If I have to make due with repaired parts I will, and if it's a part I simply have to buy, I am not against buying new from GM either.
Also, I am not against buying from members state-side, but if I can avoid paypal, exchange, and duty, I'd like to avoid that.

It seems that in the intervening years since I have really paid attention to these forums, the parts have somewhat dried up... I am not terribly surprised as I saw this coming from day #1, even when my car was brand new, the daily "so I crashed/wrote off my car" posts were utterly shocking.

Here's what I'm looking for grouped by "need", "want", "casually looking";

Need:
- pigtail for stock boost gauge

Want:
- unmodified 2009 sedan a-pillar
- rear lh door panel in ebony/grey

Casually looking:
- nice conditioned factory smoke tint headlamps
- a stock 2008-2010 factory intake/airbox
- 2008-2009 analog boost gauge
- stock low km K04 (for my car, not this one)

I will also be perusing eBay and facebook groups for parts.

I am also going to be replacing the carpet, but unless you're local (Calgary ALberta or close), odds are a local scarpyard will be my go-to for this one... at least I can use a carpet from a 2.4SS!

car-part.com would also be a site to use. Good luck! (My only sedan was a 2005, and it was in 2008 lol)

Try this site for used parts in your local area of Alberta. I've used it a few times just click on the parts finder section and then go from there.

I checked and found some potential cars on car-part.com, but haven't persued it;
this is a bit of a laid back situation I'm in, as I have no giant rush to get this done, so I'm picking at it as time permits.

With that being said, I finally removed the (terribly installed) Pioneer double-din deck, and found that i need a factory radio support bracket, so here's my list updated.

Need:
- pigtail for stock boost gauge with at least an inch/3cm of wire
- radio support bracket
- ebony sedan carpet

Want:
- drivers side a-pillar "airbag" button (screw cover)
- unmodified 2009 sedan a-pillar
- rear lh door panel in ebony/grey

Casually looking:
- nice conditioned factory smoke tint headlamps
- a stock 2008-2010 factory intake/airbox & charge pipes
- 2008-2009 analog boost gauge (kpa or psi, it doesn't matter)
- stock low km K04 (for my car, not this one)

I'd prefer to send someone in this community cash for these parts over a business.

Here's my update for today.

Need:
(made one) pigtail for stock boost gauge with at least an inch/3cm of wire
(found one) radio support bracket
(found one) ebony sedan carpet

Want:
(no longer needed) drivers side a-pillar "airbag" button (screw cover)
(no longer needed) unmodified 2009 sedan a-pillar
- rear lh door panel in ebony/grey

Casually looking:
(found some) nice conditioned factory smoke tint headlamps
- a stock 2008-2010 factory intake/airbox & charge pipes
(no longer needed) 2008-2009 analog boost gauge (kpa or psi, it doesn't matter)
- stock low km K04 (for my car, not this one)

I found a some of the parts locally, and have a lead on an airbox in Red Deer (that I need to follow up on), but decided since I was not getting anywhere at sourcing a spare gauge or pillar, that I would make the car's original piller work;
I had stored away a minty pillar and gauge from a wrecked 30k km white Cobalt I bought a decade(!) ago;
I cut the entire bracket out of it, and glued it, with additional material into the sedan pillar, and put the kpa gauge in place.
I don't know if it's worth it, but I considered making a "how to" on making a replacement boost gauge plug, as I made mine from two seemingly mundane dash plugs that fit (each had three leads, so I needed a second to get a required fourth wire end.

Here's proof that I got it working:

Now I just need to figure out how to get the seats from looking so skunky...

I might take them to a pressure washer... I have tried cleaning them twice already with negligible results.
The irony is that there is an HHR SS that is in a local yeard, and aside from the fact that some moron cut out the "SS" embroidered logos on the seat backs, they are in great shape, and the ultralux looks mint and bright compared to what I have...
