The 3.8L has 200 horsepower and 225 foot-pounds of torque. My brother has one. Slow as sin.

Agreed, I am a recovering V6 Camaro owner and they are in fact an embarrasment to the bowtie.

Ha ha admitting is the first step.

I recovered quickly from my even SLOWER 3.4 V6 Camaro by buying a WS6 Trans Am. The Camaro was slower then the 4 cylinder Grand Am I had!
Check out my cardomain in the sig for pics of all these cars

I too am a recovering V6 Camaro driver, except mine was a 94 with the 3.4L and an automatic. I think it was just fast enough to get out of its own way.

I at least had the 3.8l with 5 speed and the previous owner put dual exhaust on. My Sentra was faster, but not my Civic. Good lord, I didn't think I'd ever experience torque again when I bought my Civic. The Camaro handled good at least. But it gave me mechanical problems so I kicked it to the curve.

I had a guy come in to my work last week with a 2002 V-6 Camaro with dial in's on his windshield that read 16.2. I asked him if thats the bracket he raced in and he said no thats the best he's ever done and he was so proud of it so he left it on. 16.2 in a 1/4 is nothing at all to worry about.
