You guys just keep cracking me up
Is the GT500 a threat to a C6 well maybe if not stock but otherwise no. And it is the GT500people like yourself that compare the GT500 to the C6 not vice versa. And no people on Mustang Forums were not saying the C6 was a sports car or had a better interior, they actually make fun of it for being plastic and cheap looking inside. When they said C6 > GT500 it was all about performance.
And yes I have been in several GT500's and hated everything but the whine.
Truthfully I don't belive you even have a GT500, maybe it's you who needs a ride in a C6. You would really just want a Mustang to ride in both and choose the GT500.

Really I don't care if you believe me or not. At the end of the day it one of the best selling cars ever made. They aren’t still selling over sticker because they are ****, to this date I’ve never seen a car sell over sticker for this long. You can get them at sticker now if you look but some dealers are asking and still getting over sticker still.
Is the GT500 the best car in the world? No but it’s a nice car, has a great platform to build off of, and EVERYONE knows what it is. At the end of the day I see Corvettes all over the place but I can’t say the same thing about a Shelby.
BTW I almost bought a Victory Red Base 08 but backed out do to money reasons and the fact I was going to lose my ass selling my GT.

How many pics do I need? I can go look at it any time I want why do I need tons of pics. The only people that take tons of pics of there car do it so they can flaunt there **** on the internet.

Its not just because it’s a Shelby that means nothing really to me, I think that’s why 90% of the people don’t like it. If it was an SVT Cobra it would be a whole other story. Really any way you look at it its nicer than a 03/04 Cobra. It has much nicer and comfortable interior, better ride, bigger and stronger motor, and it responds better to mods than the 03/04s did. Its major down falls are it’s a little heavy and not very aerodynamic.
No one has to like the car but people that dog it for no reason are just ******* gay. Everyone calls the car a pig guess what pretty much all "Pony cars" from now on are going to be heavy. Look at the Challenger and I’m sure the upcoming Camaro isn’t exactly going to be a lightweight.

Oh and a pic of my 11.64 slip which it seems like you don’t think I have. I had to let off at the 1000’ do to maxing my gears out. This was before my T-Trim and Built auto. My auto was pretty much fucked at that time but still managed.

what he neglected to mention was that an LS2 GTO had pushed him out infront of me while merging into his lane
more like 240 on a good day

first of all go **** yourself. I dont lie about races. If you read my original post I said he beat first of all. You sir are a tool. And for crying out loud.......0-60 times between a fwd and a rwd cars does not mean ****(to a ceartin extent) from a roll. The guy beat me by about 1/2- 1 1/2 a car or so.
**** it could be a guy that badged it with cobra emblems but then he also changed his rims and all those subtle differences between a cobra and a normal mustang. But I highly doubt some old guy in his late 40's cares to do the ricer thing and badge his car like that.

Thats why I said most likely an 01 cobra. I stated earlier I didnt know the differences between all those cobras because I never looked up on it. I said he beat me by half to one half a car from around a 30ish roll I think.

for comparison sake i beat a 99 or 01 cobra by 4 lengths from 60-120 but I have meth, 2.5, ported blower etc. I also beat an 03 cobra from a dig to a quarter mile by about 3 lengths but that was in my z06. The terminator would have absolutely eaten my cobalt.
