That's because they are slowwwww
I find this interesting .... Two of my buddies have Si's, and are both die hard Honda fans. One has a 2000 the other has a 2007. Both of them respect my car, and actually like it (not just because they are my friends). Then you have your typical ass hat Civic owner that automatically hates on Cobalts. I used to think I hated Civics and other Imports, but in my old age I have come to the realization that I just hate the drivers, haha. That's a little off topic, but shows where are attention should be. It shouldn't be battling against which is faster SS/SC or SS/TC, but it should be aimed towards making both platforms more powerful than the competition.

though i do think over all the LNF vs. LSJ is a VERY good thing it keeps pushing each branch to be faster then the other and before you relize it we've made some great steps to making our cars faster it's just like me and my buddy do we keep going back and forth and soon enough we have enough power and know how to beat a bunch of other things that come our way

That way of thinking drives the technology to higher levels and helps everyone today and those that get into these cars later on. It's a win win situation

I know you already know this; the exhaust system is a tuned part of the motor. Lots of people think, lets make it more open & free flowing to make big HP. To a certain point, yes and no. Not so many others understand this.

And I am running the Vibrant header and downpipe. I dont think it ever leaked until my friend and I took the cat out and he welded the lower flange on a little crooked, because even though the flex pipe is there it seems like there is still a lot of stress on the upper flange causing it to leak over time.

Its not to bring the arguing stuff back lol
But heres a difference between a GMS1 lnf vs a 22 psi tune.
Me vs a member here snowblade's GMS1 3rd gear pull , i have trifecta 22 psi tune nothing else. he dont have any bolt-ons either.
from 55mph in 3rd gear. sorry for the bad sound quality, its a 13$ camera lol
For those who wanted to see the difference from GMS1 to a better tune.

I got to bump this thread one last time just to add a little more info.
I went to the dyno on 7/20 and here are my results.
Run 1 is the tune I was running when I raced this SS/TC - 294/269
24* of timing with a flat commanded AFR of 11.5
Run 3 is my best run on the dyno - 303/273
25* of timing with a slopping AFR to 12 @ 6k.
So this can give a more clearer picture of what a 294whp/269wtq LSJ can do against a 285whp/320wtq (estimated) LNF.
