so i was driving home last night at around 2 when i see these bright headlights in my rear view, so i slow down to see what it is. The guy pulls up to me at the next red light, it was a brand new TL...he gives it a rev, and i give him a nod. As soon as the light turns green i let out one hell of a launch, no wheel hop...all traction..its a miracle. He spun a little bit and by the time we were across the intersection he was at my door, by 50 i had 4 cars on him...i decided that 4 cars was enough punishment for him and i let off (i never even went over the speed limit). The TL looks nice, but its barely worth the gas.

Yeah, I ran one once, similar situation. We both took off regularly, then at the other side of the intersection he floored it. I had already hit second, so it took me a few seconds to really get goin, but once I passed him I let off. Those cars are strong, very powerful and really nice to drive, but far too heavy to be a racecar.

he shouldnt be racing if its brand new. he can destroy his engine.

yeah...well...its not my engine, lol..and he gave me the rev first. so if he blows it he got what he deserved!

Nice cars. The TL-S 6 speed's though are supposed to give us a run from what ive heard.
