eh just because the tc makes power earlier doesnt mean the redline shifts + gearing dont come in to play in the 1/8th. My power drops off after 6500 rpm....does that mean i will get quicker 1/4 times shifting at that point rather than going to 7000? Get what i mean?

Its JUSt the fact that it makes power earlier, its hwo it makes it. Not making the immediate torque helps it with launching ALOT (look at the Civic Si, quite a bit easier to launch it). Then as it already has traction and accelerates it has its torque and doesn't lose its boost. It makes it near perfect for the 1/8th.

never been in a stage 2 ss/sc but I bet there quick as hell. As long as its a cobalt its all good in my book. But since the SS/SC was modified in that race lets see that TC get a tune then race it. pretty sure it wont lose then

civic si is weak. k20 has potential...much like the lnf. I've yet to see one last more than 6 months boosted though.
