09 SS Vs. Lexus IS F
Pulled up next to a Lexus IS F (Damn nice looking car!!!) on the highway and as I was passing him he matched speed and gave me a thumbs up, I returned it and told him to go WOT and I'd follow. I let him get about a car ahead before I went WOT and I pulled even and then another car on him by the end of 3rd gear. Stayed right there up to 140.
Mods:
Lexus - Stock
09 SS - mild tune & K&N drop in (for what that's worth )
Cliff notes: Pulled 2 cars on a Lexus IS F from 70mph to 140mph
To the Street Racing Haters: There was no traffic and road conditions were good.

Lexus's website lists 1/4 mile time of 13 seconds flat. BTW the kid looked younger then me and I'm only 20. Not saying 12.7 seconds isn't achievable but the average driver won't hit it. Also, he would have started pulling me had we gone further, I couldn't pull at all past 3rd gear. I looked at it on the Lexus website and it was quite sexy.

my friends aunt has one. She left it at his house one time so we took it out for a few hours. Fastest car i have ever been in. The paddle shifters are ridiculously fast. We raced my other friend in his stealth r/t that has a lot of work done to it and destroyed it. The first race we went from a dig and by 80 mph we were about 2 bust lenghts in front since the kid had a bad launch on his stealth and than the next race the kid kept up in first gear but as soon as the lexus shifted we pulled two cars and than let off since it was a really short road. And yeah i dunno why my friends aunt has a isF but its amazing.

I've seen an IS-F down here racing at the meets, it's not that fast stock. A tuned LNF car should be a good run for it, I have no reason to doubt the story here.
People are stupid to think the IS-F is a super-fast car, it's a tank with a lot of power, not some supercar. Nice car but not that fast for the money. People don't buy them to drag race though.

Way to be a S/C fanboi. I know damn well I could never even hang with a Z06. According to LEXUS's website the car runs 13 seconds, our car runs like 13.5 stock? What's so hard to believe here?

I'm sorry.. I don't believe it either.. those IsF's are crazy powerful and will keep going until they reach the speed limiter at 176 mph in either 5th or 6th gear(I forget) with lots of revs left to keep pulling to probably 190+mph.... PLUS, you don't need a driver mod since they're a 7 speed automatic with I believe paddle shifters...

Car and driver did 12.7 check out there stats are saying you're that fast and 13.5 stock is rare its usually 13.8 more than a second faster and traps 114 tc 105 hello, not even close

he is tuned retard. Think of a stock ss/tc vs a tuned ss/tc then throw those times around.
