i'm just sayin. before i go off on this guy i wanna see a mod list, for both him and the vette. but i will say that is the quietest 460whp vette i've ever seen. if in fact, that's what it is.

On the second race we had I shifted into 5th gear just before we cut it off so you know we were moving at least at a good 150mph or so, I can take 4th to 160 with my 7500rpm redline and 25.7" tires.
And most will concur, he has one of the quietest Vette's we've ever heard. It's because it runs a Magnaflow exhaust. And yes his car hangs with 600whp Cobras so that means I hang with 600whp Cobras. Anyone else want to comment?

Eh, by the time we raced I had about 150 miles on it. I just put it in last Thursday night after work. Of course it's slipping because it's new. It's going to be refinished when I pull the blower off and put the turbo on anyhow. I don't care if I blew the thing into 100 pieces that night.
Ah my friend I've been running LSJs for about 3 years now, I know their limits/weak points. That's where cafeful tuning, ramping in the timing slowly, and some slow burning (instead of exploding) C16 come in to play. I estimate it at around 410-420whp or so. IAT2 was down at a good maybe 85 degrees and boost was hovering around 19 psi on the bottle.
You know what's blowing up all YOUR stock motors right? Poor tuning and HIGH temps.
Oh and crappy 91-93 octane gas.

You motor will not last very long like that. Number one, if your on STOCK head and cams, running 150 hp shot of N2O, your EGT's are prolly 1600+ degrees. The stock pistons, will not take that for very long. Number 2, if your reving to 7500 your getting valve float. I used to rev mine to 7250, and my pistons had indication of piston-valve contact. Enjoy your motor while it lasts. Also, why the hell would you not get the head ported, seriously what the ****!?!?! The exhaust ports are the size of a ******* nickel!

i can go out put a 200 shot and spray for one run, add some race gas and pull fukin bikes, what does that prove thoe if you cant do it constently??

And I'm sorry, but if your valves were floating at 7250 there was something else wrong with your set up. Even the club racers and such take their stock valve train to 7500 all day long. Go learn something and quit bitching about how slow your car is.

Hey LS2 guy. We both started in 3rd at 50. That means I was MAYBE 2-300rpm higher than he was and I was barely at like 3000rpm. When it comes to racing it really is all about area under the curve ya know?

I love the get faster cars comment you made. It took you race gas, 16lbs of boost and 150 shot of nitrous to run with a Corvette that traps a weak ass 120mph.
That has to be one of the worst Vette drivers I’ve seen and the KB Cobra (If it really had a KB) needs to be shot. That Z06 should be a mid-low 11sec car and the KB Cobra is an easy mid-high 10sec car. Jesus Christ my buddy ran 11.2@124 mph in his ported, pullied, eaton 03 Cobra.
