V8 guys (ESPECIALLY FORD ONES) have a problem losing to 4-cylinders. I see it every day in my line of work.

I wasn't out to prove anything, just posting a kill.

Does the insane roasting of 245 Nitto 555R drag radials at 50mph on the highway do nothing to accredit the obvious power my car is making? Lol.

I guess you all will have to stay posted to my track times that I run Wednesday night.

Don't worry, there will be video proof lol.

lol. my balt could light up it's nitto 555r's at 50mph too. in fact any cobalt putting down any kind of power should be able to. wow. that's more than enough proof for me.

Wish you lived closer SSmokin, I could have another Vette to destroy.

And I'm sure you could spin your tires if you dropped the clutch at 50 and let her go. Try spinning them the whole way through the gear and then through third. I have to warm them up like that or else I get no traction on the highway.

Wow. First of all, very impressive. Second, everybody lay off of him... ****. I really don't see how you can deny all the proof he has posted. So what, he hung with a c5 z06. With a 150 shot alone I could see this being done - why the skepticism?

Obviously the second video from 3rd gear isn't the best, but the first of the tires getting blown off is absolutely amazing.

I was spinning nittos from a 40 roll as well, with a lot less than what you claim for power. Stock C5 Z06s are quick, but with c16/nitrous, i'm not suprised that you got out on him from a slow 3rd gear roll, he doesn't have the boost to make torque down low like you do, that motor needs to spin to make power.

I can spin the nittos off the bottle too with just the blower. But it's quieter and more like the first race against this 370awhp Evo 9:

Also, you can see me getting absolutely anhilated by that same Vette in this vid with me off the bottle and no C16 in my car. And yet again more proof of the Vette's power. Watch him jump in the 5th vid with the Evo brake boosting even. And in the 4th vid the Evo 9 gets a huge jump and the Vette just marches on by.

you need to warm them up then. I would tie or beat that evo, last 9 I ran was 345whp and I pulled 3-4 cars every time, without wheelspin. The softer compound Nittos need some heat in them to hook, thats why they spin like that. I have a nice vid of me spinning them from a dig, all the way through second and some of 3rd, because of them being cold.

What line of work are you in. A modded to hell Cobalt that needs two power adders and race fuel to beat a car that traps a mere 120mph is not exactly impressive.

HAHA Nitto DRs are worse than most street tires. I’ve honestly seen cars hook better with a set of BFG KDWs. Hell I could spin them with just 4.10s on my car. Hows this for fast? I can spin my MT DRs (the best hooking DR out) at 60mph and can blow Nitto 555Rs away shifting into 3rd at 90mph.

Even if that’s the case that shouldn’t be fast enough to beat a Z06 Vette with those mods and it is NO WHERE close to beating a KB Cobra.

You’re way to cocky for a guy that has a low 12 – high 11sec car. Try spinning your tires without the 150shot nitrous and on a real set of DRs.

This coming from a guy who needs THREE TIMES the displacement I have to do similar speeds/acceleration. Put a 2 liter motor in the Vette and then try talking trash. It doesn't take much to bolt on some parts and tune a Z06 or Cobra to 500whp or to get either to hook and run 11s douche. Try driving a car that takes more than just dumping the clutch and going. I've owned a few, they're no fun.

its just hard to believe that a ion with stock motor and stock blower is making the same amount of power as 06blackG85SS with his turbo and build setup. im not hating, im not praising, im not denying, im just neutral until i see more proof to pull me in either direction.
