impressive for such a low power motor.. good driving.. btw I've been running cars down the track for 16yrs.. I have a good grasp on what a car can do by driving it.. especially since I OWNED the car I am referring to.. I just thought it "lame" to run a 4dr green regal down the track, but many don't have that problem I see..

That's because it most likely wasn't a 3800 serious II supercharged. Having driven cars far more faster than that, I would say my 2.2 is pretty slow. It even feels anemic at times... like when I actually raced the MC/SS and beat it. I think it was the 3.8 n/a. Would have to be, I'm bone stock except for wider tires than even the SS stock. 225's do alot for my launch and shifting.

Oh, I expect low 16's to high 15's. Jackass.

I'm not one of those "my 2.2 is sooo fast" type pushovers so I would appreciate it if you would respect me a little more. This is MY thread, and I'm stating pure and true fact, and I don't need ppl calling everything I post a damn lie. Becides, aren't you the guy that got all pissed off at me on the other forum when I accidentally left some info out about the v6 stang to race and then you had to be the car police and then verbally abused me like a crooked car cop??? I'm not Rodney King. So do you think that the only thing a 2.2 can beat is a Honda Civic??? It's guys like you that can ruin a forum.

depending on the driver, anywhere from mid 15's to mid 16's... it's great for what it is, but overall non impressive in stock form...

we had a 05 grand prix with the 3.8 serise III. it had 200hp 230 torque. also had the 4 speed auto. that car was not slow by any means. i can def see one pulling away from a 2.2 the last race i rember in that car was we took a 2004 vr6 jetta. for the MC the 3.8 SC didnt go in that car till 2005. so it was the 3.8n.a or 3.4 what you races

The eighteens do wonders for the look of the car... I noticed a major difference in grip (due to the stock tires being shyt), but it doesn't really feel slower with those big feet either.
