alright so 1 guy got a 14.95 doesnt mean majority can. 2nd i've only been driving stick for 2 months and first time at track so u can stfu. 3rd why the hell are u on this site anyways u dont even own a cobalt.
o btw i have beat a cobra, 06 mustang gt, 02 gt, and loss only by a car to a 07 saleen mustang n/a

I always thought it was wierd that his trap and ET was so much lower/higher than all the other "stock" 2.4's
Anyways there is a bunch of fanboys and most of the arguments will come from the 2.4's saying it's faster.It would be like arguing that a SS/SC is faster than an S197 stock for stock.

lol dudes this was just kinda a random thing, i doubt hed even really want to race and also im not even postive on the year of the car i think its actually a 95-96 but wasnt sure so i went with 98-99 just cause i know theyre faster. You know its better to be on the safe side. I actually was drving my SC home from my gfs place and saw him coming up my rear (i live in a very very very RURAL place like im talking you can see for a good 40kms if you on the top of the hill...the only hill, and traffic is actually non existant lol SO NO FLAMING) and my gf was behind me and my friend who was actually going to pick up the SS in question, he weaved between all of us but i saw him pull out behind me and hit it he managed to get infront of me because he was already at full speed, but he was only infront for a second or two and i pulled out and passed him lol. Now its not like he was just playing around hes a complete f***ing tool cause i was going 220 when i let off(KMS) so he was moving, that thing was definatly governed to **** at that time and so i slowed back down and he just kept on going that fast. I just thought he was trying to race but was actually just diving that fast...and he wont shut up about his awesome car and gets really pissed off when i talk about how he wont race me, so it was a good day for me. But my buddy here prolly wont even want to race him hes not really the racing type i just wish he would to shut that guy up he beaks EVERYONES car but im the only one he wont race. If i can make it happen ill def get you guys vids tho

Hell I've beatn a PRE 03 cobra (pre 03's are non supercharged, 03's were supercharged), thats not saying much.

what about the guy that lives out here in virginia running 12.85? or the guy in NC that is running a 13.6? and another one out here that is running a 13.9? and yes they are all SS/SC's. First one is a TVS swap and a few other things that he wont tell us about, Second is a stage 3 w/ nitrous, 3rd is a stage 3

you shouldn't beat him with equal drivers. If he's not so great and you are you might take him, but we're talking about a higher trapping, better hooking car.

As far as the 2.4 14.9 run I don't see it happening completley stock with a measly ~150whp. To acheive that the car would have to weigh ~2550lbs (stock).
