FALSE.... there's someone that ran 14.7 on just an intake... i'm sure he could squeek out .2 with a tune

False. The best time for a SS/NA with I/H/DP/E/T is 14.8 on the 1/4 list.

dunkin? Is that supposed to be clever?

14.9 is still not a 14.5!

I said a 2.4 with a few mods, so a full exhaust (header+DP+2.5'' catback), an intake and a tune is similar to a stock SC

People dyno at about 210 crank HP and 200 lb-ft with those mods

With that, yes you keep up with a SC, done it more than once vs a stock SS/SC

it's funny to see all those guys on the forums that don't own a 2.4 and think they're ****.
The LE5 has alot of power under the hood, simply remove restriction from the intake and exhaust and you unleash a good amount of hidden horses

Well there you have it. Thus far on Cobalt.net, there isn't a modded SS/NA that can keep up with a properly driven stock SS/SC. As for a stock Si, I'm sure many here have had their share of victories in their balts. No disrespect NA guys.

well lets see.. intake only.. you said a intake and tune.. that time with a better 60 ft and a tune.. could hit 14.5 is all i'm saying..

you say it cant.. that time just goes to show.. a correctly driven 2.4 can hit it.. hell he dropped .1 off with an intake which just is like 5 hp ... imagine what 10-20 hp from a tune could do..

there obviously aren't many "correctly driven" 2.4s as shown by the list there have been a few people on this site who've hit 14's on a stock 2.4 ..
