One person gave us good vibes.
"You guys need to get some more info on GM vehicles. They are all underrated from the factory. A Stage 2 puts down about 220+ WHP. Now, with Full exhaust, as the OP said, meaning, headers, all the way down to the axle back, that would add at least another 20 WHP. Not to mention there is about a 700+ lb weight difference. From a roll is where they shine. They run similar times, but trap a lot higher then 4G's. I've been laid to waste by them from rolls, but beat them in my gf's 4G from digs, up to about 100, then they pull away and walk me. You beat the driver. A win is a win though. Watch out for those damn stage 3's. They are quick little effers."

Yeah, but are cars wern't designed and marketed towards chicks like the eclipse. The only reason that the cobalt has a bad name was because of all the years the cavalier was the only sport compact that GM offered and it was pathetic. The cobalt is the next level of the cavi so everyone automatically assumes its a pile of **** like its older brother.

i own a 4g gt and just to start off im not here to talk ish... haha not that thats out of the way.. thsi guy is just start sh*t between the sights honestly.. i have more respect for the ss/tc then the srt-4 caliber or neon.. stock vs stock though ss/sc 4g GT will when.. stock vs stock ss/tc vs 4g gt.... drivers race but im leanin towards the ss/tc.. ive actually been thinking about getting one and trading in my eclipse. but i want to watch the aftermarket support for it so i dont make the same mistake like i did with the eclipse... great car with the eclipse but hardly any support from aftermarket.. and to add to that no f-in dealer around here has any in stock ss/tc so i can go look at it without having to order one and put a down payment..

i dunno about that I know stock they come 205hp so lets say 170whp, 180whp max. Well since their internals can only handle about 12 psi stock. Your looking at 245hp 250hp so around 200-210whp. So i would have to agree with jeep on this.

LMOA at the guy that thinks a SS/SC comes with 180whp max...I guess most people dont know they are underrated and come ~212whp stock..
BTW with the comment about a stock 4G being faster than a stock SS/SC..The SS/SC is rated a tenth faster in the 1/4. That is in slow stock form. Though it doesn't take much to wake them up.
