And actually stock evo motors with the right set up can over 500awhp. Even little honda f22a's can pick up the new issue of modyfied pretty sick s2000

Evilgoat I don't know how you want me to explain it to you any slower. A cobalt or your almighty srt-4 take twice the psi (which is more ware on your motor) to make what the 6G75 does on partial of that amnt. Or for better example give an sti or evo 20-25 psi they will stomp my car. And ill gladly admit that. But your car running on. Same psi would not.
And I hope I have a grasp on what I'm talking about or I should go back to the begging of college and start my mechical engineering all over again. Now I know I'm only a couple years in but I think they teach you a thing or two after 3 years. And evilgoat I bet you get your oil changed at the dealer or jiffy lube huh lol

for the most part the EJ205and EJ207 can make around high 300s low 400s on pump wit the right tunin bigger tubro and supporting.. problem is the 2.0 has lag wit the bigger turbos need to make 400hp....but the EJ257 on the other hand ive seen makin high 400s on pump... but that pushin it.. the internals just dont like that much power...lol

You haven't been here long have you?

I'm glad you blindly believe what dealers tell you.

Do you think the ss/tc makes 260 hp 260 tq? That is what gm rates it at....

OMG! use the search button this topic has been discussed NUMEROUS times. GM has been doing it since back in the 60s-70s!!

Insurance purposes and to keep with their past history. They haven't stopped underrating their performance vehicles either.....

OH MY GAWD
if i hear one more person boast about PSI im gonna smack them in the FACE

PSI does not mean ****!!!!!!!!!!!!
if car a is more efficient then car b it will see less PSI
CAR A is FASTER THEN CAR B
yet it has LESS PSI OMG WTF

PSI is a measurement of RESISTANCE

talk in CFM please if you want to appear intelligent.

No, overrating leads to angry owners and false advertising in a negative way...look at the RX-8...ask their owners.

Insurance purposes and happy customers dude. The ss/sc has more like 240bhp/chp

the ss/tc is rated at 260 hp and 260 tq...it has mroe than that in the 09 year to the wheels and in 08 they dyno close to 260 on both ends to the wheels

oh boy....because psi determines everything...didnt you know. A 300cfm turbo @25psi is the same as a 1000cfm turbo @ 25psi......
